What do we do now????

Are we disappointed in the election results? Yes, we are! We might ponder what about all the prayers and fastings that we and believers all over the world prayed? Did God abandon us? Absolutely not!!!
As earthly parents we answer our kidz’ requests with three answers. These are the exact same answers our heavenly Father answers us. Sometimes the answer is “yes;” other times, it is “later, wait;” and still other times, it is “no.”
I believe that our YHVH used our Walls of Jericho fasts to build our spiritual muscles. He is developing an army that will stand firm. He has shown us huge miracles: Tere! My nephew Rob. On and on. Our president and our country need our continual prayers.
Don’t you love our president’s response, on election day, when he was asked about the possibility of losing the House. He said confidently, “We’ll figure it out.” As we ponder the following, we also will have total confidence:
- Deuteronomy 7:9, NASB: “Know therefore that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His lovingkindness to a thousandth generation with those who love Him and keep His commandments;”
We know in Whom we have placed our trust. In Him, we have our confidence. He is working all things together for good for those who love Him and Keep His commandments.
Let us remember the beloved song, “It Is Well With My Soul,” which was written in 1873 after Horatio Spafford’s first child had died, he had lost much in the Great Fire in Chicago, his 4 daughters died in a trans-Atlantic voyage – only his wife survived. In spite of all this tragedy, Spafford wrote that is was well with his soul. Their actions proved their faith; and thru them He accomplished great things: Spafford and his wife went to Jerusalem and founded the famous America Colony and the Spafford Clinic both of which still stand today.
Our LORD has indeed given us wonderful examples of individuals who’ve kept their faith firm. Let us continue pressing on.
Prayer:
“Mighty God, thank You for being our God! Thank You for being our rock. In You, we have our trust. We pray Your wisdom and truth to be upon our leaders. Build us to be Your watchmen on the wall. Bring your peace to our country and to Jerusalem. In Yeshua’s glorious Name, we pray”
IMMEDIATE Prayer Requests:
- USA: Peace on our streets. Godly wisdom to be upon our leaders.
- Prayer for total financial and emotional miracles.
- Israel: peace and righteousness.
Continuous Prayer:
- Pray for healing and direction of the US
- Pray for Israel!
- Protection of the persecuted church
- Prayer for our soldiers and those in uniform: that they might be spiritually, mentally, physically, & emotionally whole!
